Photography Session Agreement Between Glow Photography SA and The Customer

Glow Photography SA and the Customer acknowledge that the following Standard Terms and Conditions are incorporated in and make a part of the Agreement between the parties hereto.

1 - The Customer wants to engage Glow Photography SA  and Glow Photography SA accepts the engagement to hereby:
(a) provide the Services to the Customers and
(b) produce Digital Photographs supplied on private online album, and/or USB media and/or prints.

2- A AUD 50 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking as we are often booked up to three months in advance. Final payment is required no later than the day of the photography session.  No digital products would be delivered until full payments is confirmed.

3-Glow Photography will provide a schedule for the time that the customer has booked. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Glow Photography SA of any changes made to the schedule no sooner than 24 hours before the allocated date and time of the session.
 
4- Glow Photography SA is not responsible for any failure to perform any obligation under these T&Cs if its performance has become impossible due to any matter beyond the reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: pandemic,  fire, flood, bad weather, civil disturbance, natural disasters, national emergencies. In such circumstances, Glow Photography SA will be under no obligation to refund the Deposit or Invoice.

5- The Customer agrees to pay the Fee to Glow Photography SA. Additional cost like public spaces permits (parks, beaches, entertainment centres, etc) if any, are the responsibility of and must be paid for by the Customer.

6- We will process and edit every photo taken during the session and deliver a high-quality product which would be only in JPEG or PNG formats. Glow Photography will never provide the RAW images of the photography session unless it has been previously agreed.

7- Glow Photography SA may use the photographs for advertising or otherwise promoting his work on social media, Glow Photography website albums, and or printing material for promotions or gift vouchers.  Please inform Glow Photography SA in writing if they do not wish to have their images used in any advertising or promoting.


Copyright

Copyright in the photographs is retained by the client for private, domestic and personal use only.

Any sale or commercial use must have written approval by Glow Photography SA.

Glow Photography SA. asserts all moral rights attached to the Photographs and the Client does NOT have the right to edit, change, add to, take from, alter or otherwise amend the Photographs without the prior written consent of Glow Photography SA except in the case of cropping an image.

Do not remove watermarks from any photo delivered in the initial catalog.  You will get he full resolution non-watermaked photos once you have selected the photos or pay additional to have the rights over such photos.

The customer may submit images to their social networks, or to other vendors for social media use only or to other sections of websites, magazines, and blogs, however, a credit to Glow Photography SA as the photographer must be given in the form of either a social media handle or direct website link.
